I can't log into my Workplace account

This advice is for logging in on Workplace. If you're trying to log into Facebook, visit Log into your Facebook account.
If you are a Workplace system admin and are locked out of your account, you will need to contact Workplace support using this form.

Forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email:
  1. Go to your organization's Workplace login page.
  2. Enter your email address, then click Continue.
  3. Click Forgot your password? and then enter your email address again.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email which will let you reset your account password.
If you don't have a corporate email address, contact your administrators. They will be able to provide a new access code for resetting your password.
If your company is using single sign-on and you're having issues logging in, you will need to contact your IT team.
You can have a one-time login link sent to you if your Workplace account is connected to your email address.
Clicking this link will log you into Workplace without you needing to enter your password.
To get a one-time login link:
  1. Go to your organization's Workplace login page.
  2. Enter your username or email address, then click Continue.
    • You may be prompted to enter an activation or two-factor authentication code. Click Continue when you have entered it.
  3. Click Sign in without a password.
  4. Type your email or username and then click Send Link.
A one-time login link will be sent to your email. Click the link to be logged into your Workplace account.
